These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Neu Website Designers ("we", "us", "our"), operating from HUDA Techno Enclave, Silpa Gram Craft Village, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, India. By engaging our services or making a payment, you ("client", "you") agree to these terms.
We provide website design, website development, e-commerce development, SEO, digital marketing, graphic design, and related digital services. The specific scope for each project is agreed in writing before work begins via a project brief, quotation, or statement of work.
We reserve the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values or applicable laws.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Quoted prices are based on the scope of work agreed at the time of quotation. Additional requirements introduced after project kickoff may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and agreed before execution.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods agreed in writing. Invoices unpaid after 15 days of due date may attract a 1.5% monthly late fee.
Timelines are agreed at project kickoff. Delays caused by late delivery of client-supplied content (text, images, login credentials, approvals) are not our responsibility and may extend the project timeline. We will communicate any delays promptly.
The client agrees to:
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the quotation (typically 2 rounds). Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Changes to the agreed scope or design direction after approval may be treated as new work.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final website design and all custom code written specifically for the project.
We retain the right to:
Third-party assets (stock images, licensed fonts, plugins, themes) remain subject to their respective licenses. We will disclose any such assets used.
We treat all client information, business data, and project details as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty from the date of project handover covering functional defects in work we delivered. This does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party plugin updates, or hosting problems.
Ongoing support and maintenance beyond the warranty period is available under a separate maintenance agreement.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, websites or services we have delivered. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
We are not responsible for website downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by hosting providers, third-party plugins, or client actions.
Either party may terminate a project in writing with 14 days' notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed to date. If termination is initiated by us without cause, we will refund any prepaid amount for uncompleted work. No refund is due for completed milestones.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may update these terms periodically. Changes apply to new projects initiated after the update date. Existing projects continue under the terms agreed at project kickoff.
